Right to Education and Child Abuses 2015
 United Nations Association of Nepal organized a talk program on "Promoting Children's Right to Education: Elimination of Child' on 15th December 2015 at Mahendra Bhawan Higher Secondary School in Sano Gaucharan, Kathmandu. The objective of the programme was to enhance children's awareness about their right to education and to promote children's participation in the elimination of their abuses. Hon'ble Mr. Hiranya Lal Shrestha, former Member of Parliament and former ambassador was the chief guest on the occasion. Mr. Bhola Prasad Thapaliya, former principal of Nandi Higher Secretary school and former National ASP Coordination of Natcom presided over the programme. 
 
Mr. Hiranya Lal Shrestha, chief guest of the programme highlighted the importance of fostering children's right to education and laid stress on the need of eradicating child abuses and child labor.  Mr. Arjun Prasad Gautam, Dr. Kedarnath Dahal, Miss Nilima Basnet, Basu Budhathoki, Miss. Jamuna Humagain  Mr. Ramnath Mainali,  Ms. Sarita Humagain spoke on the need of strengthening children's right to education and elimination of child abuses for the prosperous and developed society. Teachers, student from different schools, social activist, human rights activists were the participants of the program. This programme was a remain successful and contributory to promoting awareness among the students about their right to education through eliminating their abuses and exploitation.
